ROUTES Feb 24, 2024 Delta Air Lines Expands South Pacific Presence With New Los Angeles-Brisbane Route Delta Air Lines is expanding its presence in the South Pacific region with an upcoming service to Australia's third-largest city, Brisbane. Delta will inaugurate seasonal service from its Los Angeles (LAX) hub to Brisbane (BNE) from December 6, 2024 to March 28, 2025. NEWS Feb 20, 2024 JFK-Bound Flight Returns to Toronto After Fire Breaks Out in Cockpit, Pilot Declares 'Mayday' on Radio An Endeavor Airlines Bombardier CRJ-900 operating flight 4826 between Toronto (YYZ) and New York (JFK) was forced to return to YYZ after declaring an emergency. The pilot returned due to a "burnt electrical smell" in the regional jet's cockpit.
