This was not the case on an Air India flight from Mumbai (BOM) to Singapore (SIN) that operated on January 7. A man documented his experience in business class onboard one of the two flights, and it turned out opposite than expected. A female passenger removed her shoes and placed her bare feet on the man's armrest. Shortly before 8:00 a.m. local time, one Silver Airways ATR-72 with registration N702SV clipped the tail of another ATR-72 (N708SV). Japan Airlines lost an Airbus A350-900 in a fiery crash, Alaska Airlines is scrambling to salvage its fleet, and the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) grounded 171 Boeing aircraft for safety reasons.
